The clients wanted to update and add a second story to their original 1920’s home while retaining its original charm. An efficient 250 sf. story addition includes a play space, bedroom, and bath. Design elements include a turntable center under the stairs, a built-in fish tank, handmade tiles, and a second-story showerhead centered in the skylight.
